Quality will now mean to not over deliver on all materials and providing outside of scope, but will now include conforms to the clients expectations.   Our Quality control system will ensure the project delivers the product the client ordered or required.  This should be quantified in the contract as the required condition.  The PQP will then outline how the required condition can be achieved, inspected and documented.  Our aim is to bring in all the production line together to identify and solve problems, this also ties in with the WBS.
